Activities

At Trafford Waters, we provide a range of activities designed to suit the interests and abilities of all our residents. These activities encourage social connections and mental stimulation. Whether through group events, smaller task-focused activities, or one-on-one sessions, there’s something to inspire and delight everyone.

Our dedicated Lifestyles Coordinators work closely with residents, regularly gathering their feedback to ensure the activities reflect their preferences and interests. This personalised approach allows residents to shape their daily experiences, creating an enriching and fulfilling lifestyle at Trafford Waters.

Life LibraryLifeLibrary logo

The life story app that enables genuine, person-centred care to those in residential care

LifeLibrary is an easy-to-use app that allows carers and families to build a digital memory book for each resident. This shared resource helps carers provide personalised care, strengthens communication, and creates opportunities for meaningful engagement and activities.

For families, LifeLibrary provides a valuable connection to their loved ones, offering a window into their daily lives at the care home. By contributing photos, stories, and updates, families become active participants in their loved one’s care journey, fostering a sense of closeness and peace of mind.

“It’s a great resource for families to share and for you to share with our family member. I look forward to looking at the photos… It helps us all to see the activities that mum gets involved in, which I might not otherwise know about, because she often forgets what she’s done.”
– Family member of Resident
